Just like the army, well-trained troops often have to shout, and every day, from time to time. Of course, it's easier to line up, because it's physical, it's not easy to line up politically, it's not easy to line up physically. It is the law and experience of our Party's self-construction to constantly shout to keep abreast of developments. Only when the Party organizations at all levels keep up with each other can they be alert and correct deviations in time so that the whole Party will always be in a state of vigorous and orderly progress. One of the important purposes of constantly bringing leading cadres to the party school to study and train is to help them keep up with the Party Central Committee.

After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee of the party, our party, summing up the experience of both positive and negative aspects of the party's political life, especially the bitter lessons of the "Cultural Revolution" , formulated in 1980 the "certain guidelines on the party's political life" . Keep it up.

The history of the Party and the history of the development of New China tell us that it is of paramount importance to govern our major party and country well, to ensure the unity, centralism and unity of the party, and to maintain the authority of the Central Committee of the Party. Maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee is an important requirement for the Politburo to implement the guidelines on the party's political life in the new situation and the Regulations on the party's internal supervision. Historical experience shows that our Party, as a Marxist political party, must take politics seriously and carry out political life within the party. To stress politics is the fundamental guarantee for our party to nourish its bones and strengthen its health. It is also the fundamental way for our party to cultivate its self-revolutionary courage, enhance its capacity for self-purification and enhance its political immunity of detoxification and sterilization. When the whole Party stresses politics and political life within the party is normal and healthy, our Party will be clean and upright, united and united, full of vitality and vitality, and the cause of the party will flourish. It is the fundamental requirement of our Party as a Marxist political party to hold a clear banner and stress politics. The revolutionary ideal is higher than the sky. The heroic stories of revolutionary martyrs are being told everywhere in Jiangxi. "The enemy can only cut off our heads, never shake our faith, " comrade Fang Zhimin died before leaving a pledge. The Martyr Liu Renkan wrote "long live the success of the revolution" with his foot dipped in blood after his tongue was brutally cut off before his death. It is faith that leads the revolutionary martyrs to die generously for their ideals and beliefs. Today, there are fewer life and death tests of blood and fire like those of the war years, but great struggles with new historical characteristics continue, we are facing a series of major challenges, major risks, major obstacles and major contradictions. Without firm ideals and beliefs, they will lose their way in the complex environment of flying clouds, retreat and escape under the enormous pressure of Mount Tai, and surrender under the round of sugar-coated shells. The emphasis on politics is concrete, and the "two safeguards" should be reflected in the actions taken to implement the decisions and plans of the Party Central Committee, in the actual effect of performing one's duty and doing one's job well, and in the daily words and deeds of Party members and cadres. In order for our Party to remain true to its original intention and keep its mission firmly in mind, and to advance the cause of the party and the people for a long time to come, we must strengthen our political awareness, be good at looking at problems from a political perspective and grasp the overall political situation, we will continue to improve our political judgment, comprehension and execution.

It is not only a distinctive feature of the Marxist political party, but also a consistent political advantage of our party. The most important thing for the party to lead the people in running the country and government is to adhere to the correct political direction, maintain the party's political essence and advance along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Comrades in the Politburo must find the right coordinates, choose the right position, and aim at the bull's-eye.
